A dog, three owls and a cat joined the toy pet family on Saturday. Today... two dogs and two cats are on the plan. What about giving them names? Any ideas?

SAINT ANDREW'S DAY / ANDRZEJKI
In Poland and in the UK (Scotland) Saint Andrew's Day is on 30th November. Another
occasion to have some fun, but what about
doing it in a Scottish
style
with a glass of whiskey?
Sure! But only if you're over 18! ;) St.
Andrews is the patron
of Scotland.
During celebrating
his day a lot of festivals, dances and
shows take place in Scottish towns and men wear
a national Scottish costumes – kilts. Let's
hope it won't be a windy day! ;)
In
Poland
people celebrate this day differently. It's all about
fun, fortelling
someone's future
using magic
tricks, fortune cookies
and traditionally by pouring some wax into
cold water. :) So.... Let's wear
a fortune–teller costume
and prepare for looking
into your friends nearest
and distant future! Booooooo.

the top we did some shopping and played at the small fun park for
kids. After
a while barbecue fire was on and we roasted some sausages or
slices of bread. Yummy? I guess...

CLIMBING UP KOZIA GÓRA / part 1
On
6th
October (Tuesday) we packed our backpacks
and at 8 o'clock in the morning we set off from
school to reach the top of Kozia Góra. It's only 683 m
high
but it took us two hours to get to the top! ;) Six
classes climbed up the mountain and everyone had something
extraordinary to wear to differ from the
others,
eg. ties, scarves, cavemen costumes or fluorescent
safety jackets.

MAGIC TRICKS - continue
Like Dominika said in the previous post, we welcomed a special guest in our school today. Wow, I must say! The tricks were really brilliant and spectacular. But how....? how? how...how...how??? We will never know unless you decide to become an illusionist yourself! Would you like to do such tricks professionally? How about making the school building disappear in a split of a second? .....don't listen to me right now even though I am your teacher ;)

A DAY OF MAGIC
It was quite an amazing day. Today in our school an illusionist appeared. His name is Łukasz Podymski. He is handsome, tall and wears a long black coat. What does an illusionist do? Magic tricks! He can make balls and cards disappear, he can make flowers and presents appear from nowhere. Don't you believe? Just look!

A TRIP TO SANDOMIERZ

Once
upon a time... on a beautiful Saturday morning a few of us set off
for a school trip to Sandomierz. Together with our techers: Mrs
Krysia N, Mrs Renia S, Mrs Magda S and Sister Terencja we visited lots
of interesting places, eg. Opatowska Gate, St Hedwig the Queen
Gulley, The Piszczele Gulley and Matołek
the Billy-Goat.
We came back home the next day on Sunday. The trip was awesome!
