ARE YOU READY FOR THE "WILD...WILD WEST" PARTY TOMORROW???

CHRISTMAS CRACKERS – the X-mas tradition at your english lessons

Do you know what Christmas Crackers are? Nope? Then, we're going to explain it to you right now!
Ths is a nicely wraped roll of paper which has got some sweets and christmas wishes hidden inside of it. We treat it as a kind of a christmas present.

The original English crackers have got a special device to make it break loudly but that's the only thing that differenciates them from the ones we make ourselves during the english classes in december.
So..... let's look behind the 126 classroom door:

WOŚP

On Sunday 12thJanuary, for the eighteenth time the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity played in our school gym where lots of families and important people gathered to support a great cause – to help little children in need.

The main event was a charity lottery -an auction led by Mr Suchy and Mr Kliber.

There were also lots of attractions: vocal, dance, gymnastics, instrumental and acting shows. As every year, we could admire the famous Big Band and dance teams from Jasienica and Bielsko. We could see and hear the school graduates, too. The children had a chance to try their strenght while reaching the top of the famous climbing wall.

Everyone could try some delicious dishes: hot soup and tasty cakes prepared by the locals.

Volunteers collected money. See you next year!

FUNNY FRIDAYS – a headwear day

On 21st November there was another happy day in our school - a Headwear Day. We were lucky because it was a cold day and most of us came to school wearing a hat on our heads. Every hat was different.

Did you enjoy the day? We hope so!

11TH NOVEMBER – THE INDEPENDENCE DAY

On 8st November there was an academy honouring the Polish Independence Day. We all met in a gym at nine o’clock. The academy was performed by the class 7B with Mrs Ania Szymkowiak. Mr Morawski and Mr Urban with their vocal groups enriched the academy with patriotic songs and melodies. We all watched and listened to them with a great interest. We also had some very important guests: Janusz Pierzyna and Stanisław Szwed.

We wore smart clothes decorated with white-red cotillions which made us look even more elegant. Older students got Polish flags and copper eagles. This was a very special and ceromonial day.
