YUMMY LESSONS / HEALTHY FOOD CLUB

Do you want to know how to make a tortilla? You can find out at the Healthy Food Club lessons led by Mrs Wiola P-S or.... just check our blog later ;)
Ingredients:
- tortilla pancakes       - meat 
- sweet corn                - tomato
- cucumber                 - mayonnaise
- Greek yoghurt          - garlic
- lettuce                      - bell pepper





















Preparation:
1. fry or heat some pieces of meat on a frying pan
in the meanwhile:
2. wash the vegetables (lettuce, cucumber, tomato, bell pepper)
3. cut the vegetables into small cubes and mix them together in a bowl





























4. pour some Greek yoghurt into a small bowl and add a spoon of mayonnaise and 2 smashed cloves of garlic - mix it up
5. get a tortilla pancake, spread some garlic sauce, put some mixed veggies + some meat + a few leaves of lettuce onto the pancake and wrap it up together.

  2. I'm sorry pomyłka zamiast punktu 2 to ma być 3.Cut the vegetables into small
    cubes and mix them together in a blown.Andzia 4a
