NATIONAL INDEPENDENCE DAY
Today is a national day in Poland. The day we celebrate the 97th anniversary of the restoration of Poland's independence in 1918 after 123 years of being a part of the Russian Empire, the Kingdom of Prussia and the Habsburg Empire. On 11th November, Józef Piłsudski assumed control of Poland.
